(AF&PA) entry forms for 2006 recycling awards are now available
at www.paperrecycles.org/recycling/awards.
Those engaged in successful recycling
programs in the following categories are encouraged to apply:

Paper Recycling Award:

AF&PA Business
Leadership Recycling Awards:
•Large business
•Small business
AF&PA Community
Recycling Awards:
•Community, Large
•Community, Small
AF&PA School Recycling
Awards:
•School-wide recycling
program
•Classroom recycling program
Entries must be received by Friday,
February 17, 2006. The award winners will be announced on Wednesday,
April 12, 2006, in conjunction with AF&PA’s 129th Annual
Paper Week.
AF&PA recognizes outstanding
recycling programs as part of their on-going industry efforts
to increase paper recovery.
While nearly 50 percent of the
paper consumed in the United States is currently recovered for
recycling, the industry has set a goal of 55 percent by 2012.
