Wastequip acquires Mountain Tarp
Wastequip, Inc. has acquired Mountain Tarp, a manufacturer of tarping systems used in the construction and solid waste industries.
Mountain Tarp is located in Middlesboro, Kentucky with facilities in Ravenna, Ohio; Louisa, Kentucky; and Monroe, Ohio. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Wastequip will retain the Mountain Tarp brand name and will help Mountain Tarp to continue its national and international growth.
