The
David Joseph Company establishes Phoenix, Arizona office
The David Joseph Company (DJJ) plans to open
a brokerage office in Phoenix. This opening is the third brokerage
office DJJ opened in the past three years – the Hong Kong office
opened in late 2008 and the Switzerland office opened this past
summer.
The Phoenix office is DJJ’s platform for
better coverage of the Southwestern United States market, and
for exploring other opportunities to provide DJJ’s wide array
of services.
The office is headed by Keith Vaughn. Vaughn
is a veteran in the scrap industry, with experience in both brokerage
and processing. Vaughn joined DJJ in 1988, beginning as a buyer
for the Denver yard, moving to the Colorado office as a brokerage
representative, then serving in managerial roles at Western Metals
Recycling prior to being promoted to vice president, commercial
for Texas Port Recycling in 2007.
