Oakleaf Waste acquires Valet Waste

East Hartford, CT— Oakleaf Waste Management announced the acquisition of Valet Waste, Inc. headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Valet Waste has been providing door-to-door trash pickup service in residential communities for over 10 years throughout Florida, Georgia and Alabama, with more than 40,000 units served.

Valet Waste founders Mike Ferris, CEO; Brent Smith, COO; and Dave Magrisso, vice president of sales retain an equity interest and will remain in their current capacities therefore providing continuity in management.
