Veolia acquires Ecolocycle Inc.
Veolia ES Industrial Services, Inc. announced that Veolia ES Canada Inc., has acquired Ecolocycle Inc., a waste oil and glycol recovery and recycling company located in Quebec. The acquisition will provide Veolia’s industrial customers with a broader range of services throughout Eastern Canada where Ecolocycle currently has its operations.
Veolia will seek to retain Ecolocycle’s local employees and management.
Ecolocycle Inc. was founded in 1988 to provide environmental services to the automotive industry. Ecolocycle’s Environmental and Quality Management System is ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 registered. |
