Junque sculpture winners selected
Macon Iron & Paper Stock Co. announced the winners
of their 8th Annual Junque Yard Art Sculpture Contest.
In addition to announcing the contest winners, Evan Koplin, president
of Macon Iron, recognized the leadership of local businesses in their
recycling efforts to divert materials from area landfills.
Koplin also praised the dedication and leadership of the professors and
instructors at Georgia Southwestern State University and Mercer University
in the quality of work demonstrated by the students participating in
the sculpture contest.
