Wastequip acquires Pioneer Cover-All
Wastequip, Inc., has acquired Pioneer Cover-All,
a manufacturer of tarping systems used in the solid waste and construction
industries. Pioneer sells a variety of product systems, including
the HR series, the Tuff Tarper and Hi Roller. Pioneer is located
in North Oxford, Massachusetts. Terms of the acquisition were not
disclosed.
Wastequip will retain the Pioneer brand name and
invest in technology that builds on Pioneer’s legacy of innovative
solutions that address customer challenges.
Lenny Brescia, Pioneer’s executive vice
president of sales and marketing, will be named president. |
