Wastequip and Galbreath Group make
new division appointments
Wastequip, Inc. announced the appointment John
Defenbaugh as president of the Galbreath Group. Defenbaugh will
be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Galbreath Group
including operations, sales and marketing, finance and safety. The
announcement was made by president and chief operating officer,
Robert C. Rasmussen.
Defenbaugh began his career with Galbreath in
1995 as inside sales manager. Most recently, he has served as vice
president of Operations for the Galbreath Group which included operational
responsibilities for the west coast facilities in California and
Oregon. Defenbaugh is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Also announced was the appointment of Greg Podell
as chief operating officer of Wastequip. He was previously the president
of Galbreath Group.
Podell, in his new position, will be responsible
for all of Wastequip’s operations throughout the United States
and Canada.
Podell served in a number of capacities for Galbreath
for over 22 years. Podell is a graduate of Purdue University. |
