LKQ launches competition

LKQ Corporation has kicked off its annual Car Calendar Competition. Have your classic, custom or project car or truck featured in LKQ’s 2011 calendar by submitting your entry through September 15.

To enter the 2011 Calendar Competition, submit print or electronic photo(s) by e-mail or mail:

E-mail: Send a quality, high-resolution photo to CalendarContest@LKQCorp.com. To be eligible, include your name, address, phone number and shirt size (L, XL or 2XL) as well as a brief description of your vehicle including year, make and model.

By Mail: Send a quality photo and include your name, address, phone number and shirt size (L, XL or 2XL) as well as a brief description of your vehicle to the following address: LKQ Corporation Marketing Dept., ATTN: Calendar Contest, 700 East Bonita Avenue, Pomona, CA 91767-1906.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Quality: For digital photography, use a minimum of a 6.1 megapixel camera. Do not compress or shrink the photos to reduce the file size. Send the original, unedited file at its largest size. If the image(s) is too large to e-mail, then please mail a CD. Attach all image files to the e-mail. Do not copy/paste or embed the image in the body of the e-mail. Do not send links to online photo sharing websites. For mailed entries, please send 8x10 photos using a minimum 6.1 megapixel camera. To ensure photo(s) arrive safe and sound, proper shipping care is advised.

Entrants who submit a photograph by the deadline will receive a limited edition 2011 LKQ Calendar Competition t-shirt.

Winners will receive a spot in the 2011 calendar plus a copy of the calendar, a framed poster of their winning entry, a professional car care kit from the Keystone Platinum Refinish Detail Series, a full-color Goodmark catalog and a $100 Goodmark gift certificate.
