Total Resource Auctions adds new facility in Texas

Total Resource Auctions recently announced the addition of Total Resource Auctions Dallas, in Wilmer, Texas. Built on 71 acres and featuring 26,000 total square feet, the new standalone facility is the company’s largest location that will include two Simulcast sale lanes and a wash bay that will hold up to 30 cars.

The new location was designed to conserve vital environmental resources. Recycled concrete was used on half of the 46 acres of surface that was developed. In addition, the facility will use an advanced geothermal heating and cooling system and reuse 90 percent of the water from its wash bays.
