Waste Services’ chief financial
officer resigns; joins Covanta
Waste Services, Inc. announced that Mark A. Pytosh,
executive vice president and chief financial officer resigned effective
August 31 to take a position with Covanta Holding Corporation.
Brian Goebel, vice president and chief accounting
officer, will serve as interim chief financial officer until a permanent
replacement is named.
Pytosh will assume the position of senior vice
president and chief financial officer of Covanta Holding Corporation
effective September 1, 2006. |
