Ohio EPA extends new waste rules comment
period
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA),
Division of Solid and Infectious Waste Management (DSIWM) is extending
the comment period for new draft rules regarding Construction and
Demolition Debris, Industrial Waste, Multi-Program, and Ground Water
Monitoring.
The comment period will be extended by 60 days.
DSIWM will respond to all comments received before Wednesday, November
1, 2006, and will only respond to other comments as time allows.
