Nucor to pay 134th consecutive cash
dividend
Nucor Corporation’s Board of Directors declared
the regular quarterly cash dividend of $.10 per share on Nucor’s
common stock. In addition to the $.10 per share base dividend amount,
Nucor’s Board approved the payment of a supplemental dividend
of $.50 per share, for a total dividend of $.60 per share.
The cash dividend is payable on November 10, 2006
to stockholders of record on September 29, 2006, and is Nucor’s
134th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. |
