Heil Environmental names new full-line distributor in California

Chattanooga, TN— Bodyworks Equipment Inc. of Monrovia, California was named an authorized full-line distributor for Heil Environmental effective October 1, 2005. For more than 10 years, Bodyworks has served Southern California as a Heil Parts and Service Center, providing replacement parts and service for refuse collection vehicles throughout the region. As an authorized distributor, Bodyworks will now sell Heil refuse collection vehicles, as well. The company is also a distributor of refuse collection vehicle replacement parts for Parts Central, dump bodies and truck equipment for the Heil Truck Equipment Group, and hydraulic lifters for Bayne Premium Lift Systems.

Bodyworks has been family owned and operated since its founding in May 1995. Jim Anderson serves as president. His son T.J. Anderson is vice president and the distributorship’s technical expert. Pio Rodriguez is parts manager.

Officials at both companies agree that the change should be seamless for customers in Southern California.
