Labrie reveals new corporate structure
and name
Labrie Equipment Limited has changed its structure,
following its acquisition of certain Leach Company assets from Federal
Signal Corporation.
The company has restructured to regroup the Labrie;
Leach; Wittke; Juggler and Industrial Lifters brands under one corporate
umbrella, which officially will become the Labrie Environmental
Group.
All equipment will be manufactured at the Group’s
facilities in Quebec, Canada, whose expansion to accommodate the
additional increase in production capacities is expected to be completed
before the end of 2006.
Labrie has also established a United States based,
dedicated parts hub, which, is just months away from being fully
operational and will be supported by the former Leach customer service
team. |
